Executive Assistant

Job Description

Montibus Group, OJSC has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant’s purpose is to enhance the Chief Executive officer’s effectiveness by providing administrative and information management support; representing the CEO to others and maintaining information in a confidential manner. The Executive Assistant acts as a liaison between the CEO and members of the Board, shareholders, customers, private and public corporations, charitable organizations, and government officials at all levels. The Executive Assistant must be able to produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.

Technical and Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required;
Computer-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access;
Strong attention to detail;
Strong transcription skills;
Understanding of financial documents and solid mathematical skills;
No experience necessary. Part-time position. May lead to full time;
Able to work independently and anticipate the needs of the CEO for whom he/she works;
Salary: Negotiable.
