He is an analytical problem solver with a proven track record of improving processes, ensuring quality, and generating lucrative business opportunities.

Mr. Eloyan earned his Master’s in Science Degree (1982) from Moscow’s Peoples’ Friendship University where he studied Physics. He is an accomplished inventor and innovator.

Prior to founding of Montibus Group, OJSC in 2020 Mr. Eloyan founded Santana Technology, Inc. (2009) and held an executive position with Vaughn Management and Services, Inc., a United States Defense Industry firm.
Mr. Eloyan started his career in the USA as a laboratory technician in a physics lab and within couple of years became a senior researcher at Chevron Petroleum Research Co. In 1996 he co-founded a firm specializing in business consulting services for new and growing companies. Mr. Eloyan was in charge of strategic and tactical planning, contract negotiations and problem resolutions. In 2005 this company incorporated into Vaughn
Management and Services, Inc. with growing emphasis on engineering services for the US Navy.
